Our Story.
One decade ago, Cynthia Carlson and Dan Campbell re-joined as partners to create Campbell\Carlson, a retained executive search firm. Each was a successful entrepreneur having built and sold multi-million dollar companies. Both had also served as senior executives in various public companies where they managed large functions and groups of employees. In 2000, they realized it was time to come back together and start another company on their own terms.
This time it was going to be about meaningful work. About giving back from their experiences in significant executive careers. Leveraging their extensive business networks and hard-won wisdom, they built a customer-intimate search firm on the foundation of assessment and selection processes that work.
Since Cynthia and Dan launched Campbell\Carlson, they’ve successfully placed countless exceptional executives in expanded opportunities in a wide range of industries.
